Looks: She has blond hair that is always seen braided up, and it is never seen loose in public. When she lets down her hair, it flows almost to her hips. She has pretty blue eyes and fair, pale skin. Her face could be considered as a "sculptured look". What people do not see is the scar that runs down her side. She also has a scar on the top of her right hand that she keeps covered with gloves that match whatever the outfit that she is wearing. She stands at 5'10" and weighs about 120 lbs., making her a more light weight person.
Personality: She is a very serious person and often has a meaning for everything she does. She will not wonder around aimlessly looking for work when she hasn't finished what she needs to do, instead, she will finish everything she needs to finish and will do everything she is told, without looking for something to do. If she has free-time, she often runs so as to keep herself fit and in shape for her dragon. She doesn't seem to have a monster stomach and eats at the most one serving, and she never has seconds, even if she manages to eat all the food on her first plate. She doesn't care about herself that much and would rather see others succeed. She cares, in her serious and stern way, very much for the people under her charge.
History: She was born to a healer and a harper. Her father, the harper, taught her to read, write, and figure numbers at an early age. He would punish her if her handwriting wasn't perfect and if she misspelled a word. If she figured some numbers wrong, she was also punished. She got the scar on her side from falling into a sharp object and the scar on her had from an accident with a knife when she was younger. Her mother healed both of these. Her mother, the healer, was a neat freak and insisted that everything be so clean it was almost sterile. Both her parents were very stern and neat people, never really giving her a chance to play, always expecting her to help out on chores. She was expected to become either a harper or a healer and was given no other choice. Her father often tried to get her to choose to become a harper by making her work on her musical skills, while her mother did not push at all. In the end, Kett, known as Kettrelandra at the time, decided to become a healer because she wasn't being pushed that way. When she turned twelve, she became a healer apprentice.
She was taken to a hatching at one point to watch the healer at the weyr. Then, out of know where it seemed, a scarlet dragon was in front of her telling her that Haith was hungry and wanted food now. Kettrelandra changed her name to Kett, as to make it easier for others. She impressed when she was 16. Now, at the age of 20, and hopes she can help others by applying to be a candidate or weyrling master. She also hopes that her meager skills of healing might help her to do the job well.

Dragon Color: She is a beautiful, fiery red Scarlet. Her red color seems to dance across her hide.
Dragon Personality: She is very demanding at times, yet she also likes to help others. She is very serious, though she likes working with and training others. She feels it is her duty to support her rider, but if she feels her rider is wrong, she is not afraid to say so and to state her opinion. She is on the large side of Scarlet and likes silvers to fly her best.
