Jasmyn arched a brow as well when Crys had said that she'd fallen. She didn't believe Crys' story about that. She knew Azarith knew, but was refusing to tell her. She couldn't very well force her queen to tell her, same went with Crys. She let out a sigh. She realised she'd have to try and win the girl's friendship to find out what was wrong.
"Hey Crys, what about spending the day with me tomorrow? I'm sure Azarith would love your company as much as I would."She said, smiling. Tidalwave was soaking up Crys' attention, he was loving it. Jasmyn gently petted Chrissa on her shoulder. She was rather surprised that the little queen had come to her at all.

Seeing the arched brow, Crys blushed brightly, she didn't like telling fibs to jasmyn, the woman had done nothing to deserve it. She couldn't get ehr brother in trouble either, Crys' loyalty extended that far. Ducking her head to hide her blush as best she could, she saw the concern on D'nor's face. Why did these people care? What made them so different?
Shock skittered across the girl's face as she looked at the weyrwoman. Someone of rank wanted her to tag along with them? Oh she wanted to, really, but the very thought of what Kai would do if he found out chilled her. He would not dare. Don't worry little one. Azarith will be there. Smiling slightly, Crys nodded briefly. "I-I'd like that..." She mumbled as Chrissa crooned, pressing into the woman's hand.

Jasmyn's smile widened some. "I take it Chrissa likes me?"She asked, turning her gaze breifly to the gold on her shoulder. "Alright then, tomorrow morning, after breakfast we can go down to the beach together. We'll leave together from the lower caverns so that we can head down together. As of lately, Azarith's been trying to get me to swim, and having been born a holder myself, I'd feel a bit more comfortable in swimming with you. The modesty thing, you know?"

Crys nodded slightly, smiling, Chrissa rarely went to anyone else, that wasn't her. Very occasionally to the lower caverns women for food, even then, she never perched on them. Tilting her head to one side as she was looked at the gold chriped, trilling when the green bhirped in greeting from D'nor's shoulder.
Crys nodded again, swimming, oh joy. She couldn't hide the mulitple bruises on her body while swimming, but she couldn't refuse either. "I-I look forward to it weyrwoman." She mumrured as Chrissa moved back to her shoulder.
I think it is good you are looking out for her Azarith, I think the little one needs friends...

~Everyone needs friend, that's what mine says. She said that everyone needs at least one good friend, someone they can talk to without fear of rumors being spread.~ Azarith got out of the lake, walking to her rider.
Jasmyn smiled to Crys. "I'll see you tomorrow then. There are a few new arrivals, so I need to leave for now."

Kaerth nodded somberly, happy to see at least one person had the same veiw on friends as his rider. Though D'nor would be happy if he could make everyone a friend, one would be enough. Yes, I agree... He paused for a moment, before adding shyly, I think you and Yours will make wonderful friends. D'nor looked up in amusement at his pale dragon, before nodding to Jasmyn, he'd liked meeting the weyrwoman, and now, he was more sure than ever of her ability to lead the weyr. Pearl Bay would make it's mark with Jasmyn leading. "It was a pleasure to meet both you and Azarith, Jasmyn."
Crys nodded, smiling brightly as Chrissa cheeped a soft good bye before transferring herself to Crys' shoulder, she liked the weyrwoman. "T-tomorrow then." She murmured with a soft spoken good bye to the other woman, turning to make her way inside when D'nor spoke. "Perhaps you'll allow me to escort you back to the barracks?" Crys looked up, shocked and eyed him suspiciously, even as his silver came closer and pressed his muzzle to her hair. "Just to make sure you'll be alright." "I-I'll be fine." "I know, Kaerth will get grumpy if I don't at least try." The grin was there and Crys found herself half smiling in return, nodding slightly.
